The U.S. Scouting Service Project is pleased to offer the Scouting community a place to share ideas and discuss Scouting related topics at the Discuss It - Scouting How-To Stuff forum.

Discuss-It is a Scouting Knowledge Tree of shared ideas, discussion, and information. You'll find thousands of postings by volunteer Scouters like yourself.

Members may contribute to the discussions by posting comments. All members are expected to comply with our conditions of use policy.

New Members

To become a member, you will need to create an account with your name, a password you choose, and an email address. Your email address will used by an automated process for initial confirmation of your email address, password resets, and contacting you. If you use a service like Earthlink that requires the sender to complete a form before you get the email, this automated process will fail and you will not be able to use the forum. Such accounts will be deleted.

Anyone who wishes to visit the forum can do so by clicking on the "Enter as Guest" button. You will be able to see all of the postings and comments, but will not be able to post to the forum or participate in any of its features.

Sample of a Posting

Here's a sample of how the forum can be used by members to share information. In this case a Scoutmaster is sharing videos of pictures of Scouting from the 1980s.
